I will be 55 next week on 7-11 and for the past 10 months have been working out and eating better. So far I have lost over 50 lbs. and am looking for a diet that is natural for humans to consume to take my fitness level to my full potential. I also have never really felt right about eating things that have feelings and brains.

Really, just some information and perhaps some tips for the change. I have been eating gluten free anyways and no red meat of any kind for 10 months.
