b12 Injections - self administration?

So I went to the doctor's office to get my blood test results and my b12 was around 150, so I took a b12 injection and plan on injecting each month. I live in Canada and b12 shots are super cheap but my Doc said I should come in each month for him to administer the shot, but I have heard DR talk about doing it yourself. Anyone have recommendations for possibly self administering or using the oral forms of b12 supplements? See More

Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I am finishing up my BA in contemporary music this year. I love playing music and it has been a huge part of my life for the past 10 years.

About a year ago I heard about raw foods and the concept resonated with me so I have been doing a lot of research in recent months. As of now, I eat a very high-raw, vegan diet. Lots of fruits and veggies.

Since increasing my % raw, I have had a lot of energy and have been itching to use it so I have been much more active. I am really getting into trail running and also enjoy yoga.

Once I graduate this May, I hope to do some traveling. I have a feeling I will find a lot of like minded people in this community to talk to about traveling as a 811er.

Maybe there are some fellow musicians on here who would be interested in a collaboration of some kind?

Overall, I am excited to be a part of this great community!
