I hate to say it but at the time I was eating some animals (dairy free) and thought I need to get the 801010 book and follow that! Took a while to…See More

Hi there. The last 13 years has been a struggle for me. Surviving several invisible diseases. In 1999 I was a Year 11 student, dancing 5 days a week, living and loving life and learning. I fell ill and was diagnosed with Glandular Feaver/Epstein-Barr/Mono, I rested and rested and when I believed I was well I returned to my active teen life, to fall in a heap. Early in 2000 I was diagnosed with Cytomegalovirus and struggled through my Senior Year of school. University days, my health was stable, though not thriving and the lifestyle of study/work/party took its toll by the end of my degrees when I again feel in a heap... down and out for about 16 months - with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E) and later with Fibromyalgia.

I met my love in 2005, while I was ill, he has helped me a great deal. I started to feel more alive - I was strict on my diet and was careful not to consume wheat dairy and ate a high amount of raw organic food. As time passed our life together got busier as we chased careers and enjoyed living an inner-city lifestyle, eating out and spending weekends enjoying the local cafe and coffees. Exercise for me has been in bouts - mostly in the summer I am well and energy to expend exercising. I have trained with PTs and groups over the years - struggling to be consistent throughout as I ride the fatigue roller coaster.

Now, I have found myself waiting on more blood test results and another possible autoimmune diagnosis...

I have been enjoying a Cooked Vegan Diet since late 2011 when I found 30Bad! I have been reading 801010 and am currently enjoying a trip to Banana Island! I really believe that this diet will help me regain my life! I'm looking forward to seeing and feeling the transformation.

Thanks for your support, fruit lovers! <3 DizzyMissLizzy - HCRV newbie.
