hey how are you? i just ahd a look at you wall and posts and i am also enw to the raw life. I am even newer than you. So just wondering how you have found your training now and muscle. I also used to have a diet ehavy on proteins and ate 6 times a day. I train everyday too and love to run and lift weights :)
