"I know.... it is crazy to think about ALL that fresh food and keeping up with it. Usually I find that if I feel sooo good, I will continue doing it even if it is difficult.
Best wishes getting all that food in the house!!!

I have a deep desire to improve my health with 30BAD's help! I love that the community is so helpful with problems/questions you might encounter while going raw. I am about 75% raw right now, some days I am entirely raw. I am about 7 months pregnant right now so I am not sure about converting completely right now. My desire is to go 100% after the baby is born and I know that it should be achievable since I am about 75% now. The things I eat now that are not raw are mainly beans (chick peas) and some soy milk. I love the way my body feels when I eat this way.... I actually had a back pain literally DISAPPEAR overnight! ;)

Hmmmm.... unfortunately, I don't read much anymore... owning a business and having 2 young children make that difficult. But, we do go to the movies alot... we only get to see G or PG rated movies. We are going to see HOP this weekend!!
We do go boating ALOT in the summer, so we are all looking forward to warmer weather for that reason!!!

Hi Denise :-) Congrats on your pregnancy! And cute kids :-)
Can I ask you a few questions? Right now I'm about 50%Raw, 50%SAD, and that's being generous! lol, I really like the 811 diet but I'm worried about transitioning being too difficult while 8 months pregnant. And it's hard to undo all the advice of Dr.s/Midwives saying I need 90g of protein a day! What have you been eating this pregnancy? Any advice on whether I should make the transition now or wait till I give birth?
