I've watched Harley's and Freelee's videos for some time and I'm really grateful to have found them. I've been vegan now for about 8 years; high raw vegan for the last two. I'm looking to transition away from some of the oils/fats I've been using on salads and the *emotional* need I have to take in more fat than what my body physically needs.

Definitely to transition away from vegan (overt) fats; that's the biggest thing. I'd also just like to connect with other like-minded high carb vegans, we need to get the message out!
