I have been trying to eat healthy for a long time but never seem to be able to stick with it. I am 54 and need to do something I am on 6 different medications and feel like crap all the time. I am constantly exhausted but have a hard time sleeping. I haven't bought the book yet but do plan on getting it soon. So I am here to get healthy .

I guess I need some guidance , can i start cold turkey? Or is it recommended to start slowly?
