Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: I havent red it, I red many articles on the net and so many videos about it though. Now I feel like having too many info and need to practice and just keep it simple. I better listen to my body, don't take any opinion as right. I will consider reading this book when I will feel like having a crisis.

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I need motivation, support, affirmation about this type of diet.. Maybe some help with some new things, like I am going to grow some wheatgrass or grain and collect some dandelions and nettles and juice it, I also wanna sprout sunflower seeds, some help with getting clean water.
But I get through many stuff and I am sure I can get through this also.
One more thing I can think of is, since I study science, if what effects does this diet have on intelligence and logical thinking. I saw healthy, strong, muscular men, but I somehow didn't saw any evidence whether this food is good for our brain. No offense, I mean I would just love to see some Nobel prize winner who eats that way. BTW one big motivation for me to transit on raw food was to have more energy and sleep less time to be able to study and think more..
So this would be assistance I need :)
