Heartburn

Have been trying to do 811 for ages, but the economics of it in rural Australia have prevented it until recently. Since the fruit is priced well and the stone fruit is sooooo good right now im on it.i have never had heartburn in my life, but last night i had 1 bite of my childs meal with cheese in it. High on life, low on money.

My diet has caused me to be extremely broke. Ripe fruit in southern Australia over the winter has killed my bank account and i dont know if i can last till summer.My fruit all day and salad in the evening is changing due to financial constraints. It has now become fruit smoothies for breakfast and fruit for snacking. Salads are my lunch and dinner and its not satiating me. Urinating and cold

Its the middle of winter here, but i live by the ocean so its not freezing. I am cold all the time unless im excercising, in the car or in front of the heater. Im wearing more clothes than ever before just to keep from feeling cold.The second part is that i am urinating 15+ times a day. Feeling great

I am not 100% lfrv yet but am well on the way. I am still eating cooked veggies, basically in soups, as fruit is ridiculously priced in my part of the world and its bloody cold.Green smoothies have been my saviour and are forming an important part of my morning ritual. Sleep.

Having trouble with getting enough sleep. If i go to bed early i usually wake between 2-3am and cannot sleep again for hours, usually falling asleep just before alarm for work. The quickest way to fall asleep again is to read or watch a boring movie.Any other helpful sleeping tactics? I have a partner and/or small child in the bedroom to consider as well as 4degC outside temperatures.I understand the importance of sleep i just cant get enough of it. Thanks DaveSee More
