I have noticed increased mental energy, more lightness in my mind and body and an overall good feeling. I would like to connect with like minded people like myself who are living this lifestyle. I came to the diet because I felt sick in mind and body.I began to research the Raw-Food Lifestyle. I read about how people were healing their bodies through Fasting, Fruit Diet, and Natural Methods.I have found that it works despite the detox. That's how my journey started approximately 8 years ago. Today I eat fruit, practice Bikram Yoga and lead an active lifestyle rolling with it all.

The $#%! on TV

Want to vent my feelings about T.V. The only reason I watch it is because of sports. I love playing and watching sports. All the other stuff I'd rather not see except for Discovery Channel the History Channel and other related Channels. The News is nothing but a big mass of negative information and forget about all the T.V. Shows and other $#%! out there. Lately I have been annoyed at the commercials the bombard you with pictures of SAD food like pizza, candy, Mcdonalds and all that other $#%!… Continue

Endurance on the Fruit diet.

Just wanted to share that I've been loving the Fruit! I am an athlete at heart and the fruit makes everything I do easier! I've been practing Bikram Hot Yoga 3 to 4 times a week and walking 6 to 8 miles a day. All on Fruit and green juices. You can do amazing things on this diet! I have also started drinking a liter of water in the morning first thing and noticed a big difference in how I feel.
