Hey so my dad is having his birthday weekend, and I want to make something amazingly breathtakingly awesome. This is especially important because the catering of choice is an entire lamb on a spit (oh, my heart hurts for that poor baby) and I need to divert peoples attention away as much as possible. I am currently watching a TV show called "The Truth About Food", in which they basically do a bunch of experiments and prove/disprove diet-related beliefs. Now, the one I'm watching at the moment proved that tasting carbohydrates is more helpful for endurance than actually ingesting them. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I was unknowingly following the lfrv lifestyle while I was living in Dubai, as I was really only able to afford fresh dates, bananas, mangoes and lettuce to feed myself with.

I went back to gourmet raw foods when I returned, but my decreasing energy levels (and increasing waistline!) made me question what I was doing wrong. After a little research I came across the lfrv lifestyle and a light bulb went off, suddenly everything made sense.

The fruit in Indonesia is great. My favourite is the mangosteen, which is up to 10 times more expensive in Spain. Ate kilos and kilos of those. Also the papaya, guava, starfruit... it was like I'd never had real ones till I came to Indonesia. Never thought a papaya could be so good.

Good luck in Britain. You know since the last message I sent I've fallen in love with the idea of working in Summerhill school. http://www.summerhillschool.co.uk/ It inspires me unbelievably. So maybe I'll be the first to go against my own good advice and go back into the british weather >.< The plan is nebulous but I have thought that maybe if I go down on my knees and offer to work for free they'll manage to suffer my presence :p

Buuuut I can't stand cold weather. That's the thing. I actually want to go further south in future, and not go back north.

I was in Indonesia a while back, the weather was incredible and the fruit ... super incredible! I could see myself living there :)
