Need help with how much calories to consume a day for weight loss?

I am on day 2 of Raw LFRV. I started yesterday with Banana Island eating 25 bananas.Today I ate 6 Bananas for breakfast 2lbs on pineapple for lunch and 7bananas for dinner. I am at 1500 cals so far.…Continue

I sit all day at work...help!

So, I sit for 8 hrs at work, I hate sitting and I try to power walk for 20 minutes at lunch but this does not always happen. The weather has still been quite bad. Then when I get home and finish eating it is around 7:30pm and I don't feel like exercising cus I am so full and I know I have to go shower soon so I can be ready for bed by 9pm.I was able to do a 20min workout dvd tonight after dinner.But, I am concerned  and feel guilty that if don't move enough I will never be able to look slim and…See More

I started the 30 banana diet today. I want to know how to live the 80 10 10 diet way. Also I want to know what to expect when I am on this diet. And when can I change to new fruits or start of veggies?

I was an exercise addict and now I hate exercising...help!

Hello friends,

So, I use to be addicted to exercising/overexercising. I eventually burned out and I have taken a hiatus from exercising because I started hating it. I also had an eating disorder during my over exercising period. As a part of my recovery  I stopped exercising and ate a lot and gained weight.

Now I  know that to make this lifestyle work you must exercise. I am nervous to get started and what will be simple, short, exercised to incorporate into my life…
