So, I sit for 8 hrs at work, I hate sitting and I try to power walk for 20 minutes at lunch but this does not always happen. The weather has still been quite bad. Then when I get home and finish eating it is around 7:30pm and I don't feel like exercising cus I am so full and I know I have to go shower soon so I can be ready for bed by 9pm.
I was able to do a 20min workout dvd tonight after dinner.

So, I use to be addicted to exercising/overexercising. I eventually burned out and I have taken a hiatus from exercising because I started hating it. I also had an eating disorder during my over exercising period. As a part of my recovery I stopped exercising and ate a lot and gained weight.
