I became interested in diet and health in my mid twenties but got unhealthy in my late thirties. I am 42 now and for the last couple of years I have been exploring the raw food diet. I am not a raw foodist but I have increased the quantity of raw food I eat massively. I like watching Harley's vids, Dan the Man, Tim Van Orden etc on YouTube. I am a keen road cyclist and have my own YouTube channel called NATURESCYCLES.

Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.
I may read the book at some point in the future

Road Cycling, Walking, nature, "good" tv, "good" cinema, soul music. I like the pro cycling scene so watch all televised coverage from the early classics, to the grand tours, to the nationals and Lombardy i.e. the end of the season.

No assistance required. I just want to get inspiration from belonging to the site.
