I am doing around 30 bananas a day, give or take a few. I also have a few greens- about a head of cos lettuce and some celery.
I'm doing this so my body can heal- digestion is easy on just one fruit (and bananas have plenty of energy and are satisfying) and when digestion has a rest the body can work on more important things such as healing.
Today, day 4 I have amazing energy and my skin is really starting to become clear. Its been challenging but so so SO worth it! Feel free to join us :)
