OK after screwing up for several weeks, I'm back onboard! Had 2 pounds of cantaloupe for brunch and drinking 3 cups of OJ/grapefruit juice now. I'll bring a banana/pineapple/mango smoothie to work and maybe a few bananas, too. We'll see later. Of course, a huge salad.. I gotta get back onboard with the gym too, so will shoot for going tonight. I like going at night because it's way less crowded..

OK the Nutridiary site seems to want me to eat LESS calories. Maybe because I put a weightloss goal on there.. I guess they are more based in 'traditional' diets (not 811), but I am sure I can still use the info for adding up my calories and nutrients.
I am hovering at around 1300 for today. I posted my meals in advance so I can see where I may need to pump up more calories. Still gotta eat MORE fruit!

OK it's frigid cold out today, so very tempted to have some HOT soup. BUT instead: I had only raw fruits and veggies! JOyyyyyyyyyy!!

Smoothie (brought to work):
3 medium bananas
1 oz baby spinach
8 oz strawberries
12 oz granny smith apples
9 oz spring mix
15 oz tomatoes
2 oz raw dressing
LOVING the black grapes, and bought about 5-6 pounds of them today! mmmmm! They are SO much better than white or red grapes, in my opinion! SO juicy and SWEET!!!!!!
I am pretty amazed that I lost 5 pounds this week, from Tues till when I weighed myself this morning! WOW! Will prob have some cooked vegan food in the next few days.
