"i would recommend eating really slowly. When we eat fast, we can swallow air which can make the tummy bloat and cause headaches. and mono meals too, what kind of foods are you eating ? Were you fairly healthy before going raw ? xo "

Hi guys, I would love any info you care to share. I am coming up to the end of my lease, and recently quit my job, was in the professional world for nearly 10 years and just cant do it any more. Im looking for ideas on what to do now? I want to go somewhere warm, where fruit is freshly available and where I can earn an income doing something meaningful. Im in Australia, keen to go anywhere in the world. any suggestions ? See More
