I've been vegan for about 3-4 years and have dabbled in various forms of it (fruitarian, vegetables only, cooked, raw, etc...). My current diet consists primarily of greens (kale, parsley, spinach, celery), dates, and rice. This forum seems a bit more specific with the low-fat / high-carb fruit based diet. I'd like to get back into it and see how others may go about such a diet to help find a way that works well for my body. I am here to learn~

Perhaps just the support of having a community to turn to when I feel like back-peddling. I'd like to try HCRV. Maybe I'm already halfway there? I'm predominately raw consuming dark leafy greens and high calorie foods like dates. I do have cooked rice occasionally so I'd estimate I'm about 60-75% raw. I remember seeing a video from the community saying rice and potatoes (even cooked) are better than raw nuts and seeds (or other high fat foods). I guess the assistance would be to simply have a community to turn to and learn from.
