Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Hi I live in St Petersburg, Florida. In 1987, I read John Robbins Diet for a New America, I was blown away. I was only 16 years old at the time and I decided that I no longer wanted to consume dairy or meat. This was the beginning of my journey.

Then I read all of Dr Walkers books on colon health and began to study juicing and natural health. I still didn't understand the fruitarian lifestyle,

albeit I wish I had discovered it long ago. It would have been much easier for me to maintain my choices. Which brings me to the here and now. I am interested in connecting with other like minded people who share the same interests and fruity lifestyles.

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: I will read the book again!!

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: Diet for a New America (this is the book that started it all)
