I am a down to earth kind of gal looking forward to positive changes. I got inspired by a facebook user called Freelee Frugivore. I am interested in information that will assist me in my journey for a healthier lifestyle, mind, body and spirit. I haven't been living the healthiest lifestyle in recent years and I am ready to get back in the game and back to myself! I am grateful to have ran across this website :) Peace and harmony!
