Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I think I discovered Durianrider inadvertantly via a video on YouTube exposing the foolishness of David Wofe's propaganda. I don't think I'd like to post a photo as I'm a very private person and I've never done that on the web. I'm a 47 year old married for 20 years mother of two amazing young men. I'm interested in optimal nutrition and fitness among many other things including, faith in Christ, international travel, reading, doing my best to be a great mom, great wife, great daughter. Not that I am 'great' but it's a worthy goal for all my relationships to 'add value' to peoples' lives.

We refer to it and it's a tremendous resource to be absorbed more beneficially over time as well as from the first read through. At the moment, no questions. = )
