We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: My name is Cody. I have been a vegan (about 80-90% raw) since early 2010. I made the decision after I started to train Mixed Martial Arts and started getting in touch with nutritionists. I also met a few friends that were into animal rights. They introduced me to a few books, documentaries, and public speakers that brought me into the world of veganism, and eventually (mostly) raw veganism.

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: I will read the book again!!

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I love sports, fitness, MUSIC, and anything intellectual. I am pursuing a PhD in Sociology (still in undergraduate though) so that I can become a professor. I have a lot of passion for social justice and I like to learn about different cultural practices of all sorts.

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I am working on becoming 100% Raw, but haven't yet. I would say that one small meal out of my day is not raw... usually some sort of cooked bean dish. I was never into the fancy non-meats or anything... but anyway, I'd like to progress closer to 100% raw for the best athletic performance and health possible.
