"When we find an eating regime that we start to feel great on, namely lfrv, it makes more sense to try to refine and improve upon that rather than regress back to what wasn't working for us in the name of "experimentation".
The 3926TB is plain black and is $299 ($100 cheaper and also on Amazon). The one you referred to is Twilight Black and comes with an extra book (maybe the reason for the higher price?)There's also the 3900B which is even cheaper at…"
" I used to read Prevention magazine in the 80s and thought how cutting edge and progressive it was, appropriately being the time I was introduced to the idea of nutrition (vitamins) for health as opposed to the 'medical profession for…"
"I've been eating the seeds all my life with no ill effects, and the consensus seems to be that not only are they not harmful, they contain nutrients including fiber and vitamins C and K. Not sure what could have been on the asian…"
"Seems many things/events/etc. are mixed with good and bad info - indulging in animal foods after a sweat lodge ceremony being a good example. Hell, the Dalai Lama eats dairy products. It rare everyone's got all the pieces to the puzzle nicely…"
"With all due respect to Deglet Noor lovers, ... I've never experienced a date more consistently full of non-desireables (bugs, mold, etc.) as the Deglet Noor. I just simply avoid them and take my chances with other kinds ;-)"
"A whole fridge to yourself definitely helps! I have one too :PI should have mentioned I DO keep the oranges in the fridge. I've had mixed results keeping them at room temp. Some rot right away and others last for awhile."
"Encountered a similar problem, but not because of a minimal order restriction. Luckily at my place I can order as little as I want, as long as it's a case of something. So 15lbs of tomatoes (35 count) for $24 bucks is fair game.
Still, I have…"

Been vegetarian since the age of 19 and 100% vegan for the last 11 years. Decided to give raw vegan a try so did a 6 month long trial back in 2006. Before embarking on the journey I did my own research into the best way to go about it. Before even reading the 80/10/10 Diet, I had come across Doug Graham's info and was inspired by the emphasis on fitness. This is what made the most sense to me, so I settled on the low fat, high fruit path.
The 6 month experiment was a success. Since then, though not always 100% raw, I still completely believe it's the best way to eat and am constantly trying to find a way to integrate it into my life as much as possible.
I joined 30BAD for inspiration, helpful reminders when I stray from the path, and to try to contribute my own knowledge and experience from the many successes I've had over the years.

I use up to 50 ml or 5x eye droppers in a day. I only do that when I am not working though. The mobilized mercury knocks me around a lot. I use less when I have to work, but usually between 20-50 ml's a day. I combine the iodine with cellulase, chlorella and milk thistle (my liver and kidneys were really strained early on).
Hi mate, have been using the iodine since October last year. Chlorella since November. How are your detox symptoms running. I recently added Milk Thistle to my list to aid my liver through the detox. It was struggling on the heavier iodine days. I also use an enzyme with the chlorella (cellulase) to help with the digestion of it. I didn't get all of my amalgams out until just recently (most of them were out by the start of Jan but the last one was out at the end of Jan. Still feeling quite tired and scatty, especially if I don't have my bananas / iodine.
