I am planning to do this route soon. Any takers want to join with me? Any cyclist, Im not a pro or anything I only want to do it for fun (I am not planning any time, giving all the time needed). Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I am in Arizona. I have been such an unhealthy body my whole life. Few years back I had kidney surgery took lots of pharmaceutical drugs and steroids for my "Asthma" and my Hydronephrosis ("kidney disease") yes great fun after my surgery i was hospitalized multiple times (and have been in many periods of my life) i did not get better i continued on there drugs they gave me and of course a little bit of my own! (liquor weed over counter drugs of course) and guess what? The only thing that ended up fixing it or doing real and permeant (not just temporary) was MYSELF - That is the path you I must travel. I became aware of what i was putting into my body and consumption of all kinds looking at my influence and begun to choose "vote" wisely. Stoping animal products reading books and doing water fasts and I also had green fasts just eating salads, most definitively healing <3 nothing heals like greens water and oxygen. When it comes time to eat with intention of doing work is when fruit becomes staple. I am here talking to lots of people farmers doctors doing what I must to move on getting motivated in life as right now I have made the switch to focus in on raw vegan foods for 3 years and now am primarily high carb (1 1/2 years) I have to say that it is amazing I am feeling so much strength increasing my cycling feeling great living life more energy when you add it lots of fruit you get that high energy that maybe you were looking for? and everything else good that is healing you need to stay sane (greens oxygen water sun community) (being used to it through your processed meals, drugs, well the fruit is it FOR REAL and here to stay) if you want or need the energy (or motivations or satisfaction after all it is our roots - i have taken biology anthropology anatomy physiology) LOTS of what Harley is saying is spot on :) im proud of him he motivates me and makes me feel good and not guilty because i have no friends or no one around me to help so cool computer for this one! (boo ultra radiation avoid electronics and love nature) its hard not to look at what we have done - RIP our ancestors we should learn from them not do what they did. I know its not a great description of me but I love plants I love everything else and I'm a genius. So I wasn't able to do much in my life and now I can do whatever I want so I am the shining example so you can use me to do the same and I am the hope for all the sick people in the world and what they end up doing to the world negatively. I am the escapee.
