Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. Detailed responses will only be accepted (feel free to reapply with more detail if at first not approved as a member). We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I am eating 1 cooked vegan 'meal'/day on avg. I eat 2-3 small 'meals' and graze/juice the rest of the day. I am juicing half my food intake and consuming 80% fruit.

I'm growing oranges, bananas, passion fruit, loquats, kumquats, pomegranate, blueberries, tomatoes, guavas, tangerines, limes, lemons, some veg, avocados, and a bunch of other small fruit trees that haven't yet produced. The soil is poor here in Florida. I use banana peels, coconut shells, etc as fertilizer and I'm finding it helps long-term but I'm still using a little commercial fertilizer.

Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:: I'm eating 80% raw/vegan/mostly fruit.

After transitioning to a mostly raw fruit based diet for the past year, I have noticed I no longer experience tightness/soarness in my deltoid after work-outs. I had an impingement in my left shoulder from behind the neck pull downs and bench press 8 yrs ago. I stopped exercising for a while, limited bench press, cut out behind the neck pull downs and resumed exercise at a decreased frequency.
