telicia b. said… awesome info! I will take it and use it all I promise! I think I am going to try banana island first next week. lol If I am going to do this I may as well go all the way!

I do not want to start until I am armed with all the info I need or I will cave when I run into a wall that I don't know how to conquer. Any suggestions on finding other locals in my area that are on the same path as I am? It would be great to have that.

telicia b. said… Thank you sooo much for the comment and all the info! I am going to implement them in every way I can. I have been working on my food connections locally and I hope to have everything in place before I begin completely. but I have added a lot more raw foods to my diet for now. one day soon I will go 100% raw! I cant wait!
