Working...like a dog.
January 03, 2010: This was my last binge of the SAD, until then it has been a slow journey to 811 starting three years ago when I saw a copy of Living Nutrition in a high fat raw restaurant. Having heard of "fruitarianism", I thought quietly it was nuts, but now I am Bananas! I knew that the high fat raw was but a step to going Ape S...ugar Bananas!
Upon that last binge, my body went into a nasty clean out, it unleashed its powers and cut loose the bugs and dealt me a two week head cold with lost voice, coughing and all! Now, I am in the final stages of how "skinny" will I get until the rebuild starts.
The biggest lesson in this lifestyle change....learning to undo the negative self talk/programming, to start loving me!

Right now we are working on putting together a fruit/produce buying group.
What have you found are the best places to buy organic produce in Utah in the winter? Right now I’m shopping mostly at Whole Foods and finding it can be quite expensive. I would love to come up with a better solution. If you have ideas, if you would please post over on the group’s page, so we can all benefit, that would be great.
