Hi there!I am on Maui right now working at Ono farms. It is ok, but the community ain't so healthy.I was curious if anyone could host me for a week or so? Perhaps the last week of the month? I am developing an Organic Raw Vegan food cart and will be traveling around to various events very soon! Where some of my recipes are higher fat(not absurdly so) I see the higher fat raw diet as a good segue into lfrv. The more fresh raw ripe seasonal foods the better! I will be very accomadatting to lfrv and will not use oils, salts, or strong spices. "Pure Food Not Far Removed" is my slogan.. check out my pages for more info. Banana island healing crisis or cold

I was considerably bummed to find a cold visit me the same day I took off for banana island. I have not had a cold in years and this was not a pleasant surprise. I do not blame it on my diet, but would likely target stress as the culprit. I am curious now that I am into banana island (day 5) and I am still detoxing a bit of cold symptoms... could any of these be healing crisis symptoms from other than from the cold? Mostly I hear that people just feel great on banana island with no ill…

Yeah the Festival was quite epic, tried Durian for the first time (and many times after lol), beautiful nature, great talks & classes, & met lots of cool people. Good times!
