I don't know anybody who does 1 on 1 coaching, sorry.. but until you find one there are 10000+ members now on 30bad, so start posting and I'm sure you can find some buddies or even a coach soon!

Saw your coaching query-- along with Harley and Free, Chris Randall, Megan Mcdonnell, and Josh Fossgreen, all members here, are some you might consider that come to mind right now.

Marina Fick said… Hi Cheryl,
That's fine just checking whether you had any insights, its not really as scarey as it seems its really quite simple in a lot of ways. You just need to educate and inform yourself and you will be fine its just about learning the tricks of the trade and I am still learning and only just considering the fruitarian way of life with raw vegan...hopefully people in the movement for some time will steer us in the right direction...also trust your body and feeling instincts they are usually always right...nothing beats your intuition and what you need as an individual..thank you for your friendship and all the best Cheryl :)
Marina Fick said… Hi Cheryl,
Thanks for your input, well no I am not exactly new to the raw food movement. I have been raw vegan between 80 to 95% for last 19 months or so, but winter time I tend to be more 80% and summer which is now I am 90 to 95% even 100% raw quite a few days of the week. I was wondering if going the Fruitarian route would help me loose the weight I am not able to as i feel I should be alot slimmer on what I eat and perhaps my skin and health conditions might improve but I feel I have no real knowledge and awareness of the ins and outs of how to successfully benefit and heal from the fruitarian diet. How are you travelling with it and do you have any tips Cheryl? :)
