Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I have been a vegetarian for 3 years now. Half of the 3 years I have been a lazy vegan... Mostly because dairy made me feel so sick! However the sickness has still not been enough to stop me sometimes! I look in the mirror sometime and I am taken back at the person I am becoming! I have put on 40lbs... My skin has no glow and I feel like I have no power in me. I have alway been very strong, outgoing and beautiful... But that is all fading because I have not done my part in nourishing my God given body! I am also a newlywed of almost 2 years. My Husband is strong, sexy and sweet! I feel like I am not the best wife for him because of how I feel. I also had a health scare 2 weeks ago. The doc found a few abnormal cells during my lady check up. They did a cervical biopsy and the doc used the word pre-cancerous and talked about a action plan... Long story short the biopsy was negative (thank the Lord). Thats as close to the "c" word as I ever want to be! So now to the happy part... I know Raw is the way. I have been doing so much research on a good raw lifestyle. I am reading 80/10/10 by Dr.Graham (Amazing!). I am looking for raw groups in my town. I am excited to start this journey.
