I've heard of people who spent years 90% raw and exercised a ton and only saw the real difference when they went 100%, even though they didn't change anything else. Would you say that this method makes you body tighter than the other methods? As in the sense of, for example kickboxing helped you lose a lot of weight but you gained a lot of muscle so you didn't really get smaller? I have friends who are scared of that happening to them, I used to be scared of it as well, which is why I never tried lifting weights or anything of the sort.

Tracy's workouts look like so much fun! I can't buy her DVDs though, I don't have a paypal or anything like that. But I am trying to jog at least 2 miles every day. I love dancing too, it's my passion. Do you have an extraneous tips that you wouldn't mind sharing about exercising for weight loss? :)
