When we're kids, we can "get away" with avoiding the healthy food, but once we hit adulthood, our metabolism starts to slow; and we have mental stress, so we HAVE to eat what we were MEANT to. That means, eating RESPONSIBLY (the food you KNOW is good for you, and avoiding the foods that are detrimental to your health.) How can we eat healthy, lose weight, feel great, and do all of that cheaply? One word: gardening.
