Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I’m 17 years old and in highschool. I have struggled with depression, eating disorders, have been on medication and in and out of therapy. This last two months I have been experimenting with raw food. I have been a vegetarian for years, but the days that I eat raw are simply amazing. It’s invigorating. I’d been involved with drugs and alcohol and poisonous foods that seemed so normal in my environment. I know it will be difficult to stay above the influence of my peers, friends, and family, but I’m so determined to become 100% raw. It’s the real way to live, the way humans are supposed to live! Thank you so much!

To do this I want to stop succumbing to cravings and binging on bad foods. I want to stop being such a cooked food addict! I want to live life to the fullest, and I believe transitioning to 100% raw eating is the way to do just that.
