I've been keeping mostly raw...a bit of cooked vegan here and there. Trying not to think of it as 'all or nothing'...



My weight has been stable at around 154. I've been riding my bike a lot. I have a 10K this weekend and a sprint triathlon the weekend after that.



Energy levels are good. I've been getting about 8 hours of sleep a night. Mostly waking up without my alarm going off.

Mostly raw today:

Food:
7 medium bananas
1 pineapple
tangerines
1 zucchini
lots of asparagus & eggplant (roasted)

Exercise:
50 min. ride on bike trainer
abs & shoulders/arms
stretching

Sleep: Good...about 8.5 hours

I just started reading Dr. Graham's book. A member on another forum I belong to was posting about this site and the benefits of an 811 diet. I was curious and decided to check it out for myself.
