I stumbled upon Freelee's videos on YouTube over the holidays and they have begun to change my life. When I first started watching, I couldn't stop myself from wanting to view them all, all day, and was not eating any cooked meals or animal biproducts. Unfortunately, once I was all caught up on her videos/durianriders videos, I found it harder to stick to HCRV lifestyle and have now been slipping and eating more cooked food. It made me notice how much I could benefit from a whole community of people trying to make the same positive change as I am. I would love to learn more from this lovely group!
