It has been sometime since my last post. I'm in the middle of moving, can't keep it together enough to post daily with my diet menu and stuggles and victories. .I do believe I am doing well. A challenge I have come to know is keeping RIPE fruit on hand. .enough to stay carbed up. yesterday I ate some toast with goat milk butter on it with my last salad. . I don't know why but I just wanted something warm. . I had been smelling toast all day for some reason. . and well it wasn't very tasty not even very good bread.. I could tell a bit when I went to sleep .. that it was affecting my digestion. . Yesterday I did some cooked food and I could tell it decreased my energy. I didn't have any digestion issues but popping those digestive enzymes sure helped I believe.
Breakfast; 1 qt. H20, 2 large mangos, smoothie~1banana, 3 dates, 1 cup blue berries, 3 pears, Almond/Coconut milk

Ok so last night I go visit a friend near my old house. My ex got in the divorce. I had tons of greens planted. . a great strawberry patch. .a fruit bearing cherry tree and a peach tree. . peaches are looking good. . lots on the branches. . lots of fresh chard. . so I stopped by are raided the garden. . once your eyes adjust to the dark you can see red in the dark. .I got a small bowl of strawberries. . wow they are SO sweet this year. .the patch is like five years old . . picked an arm…
