We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I started this lifestyle not very long ago, it happens to be the best out there in maintaining a healthy weight and wellbeing. I feel great and energetic, not lethargic or moody anymore lol, although I was on a cooked vegan diet (vegan for animal rights!) freelee and durianrider's videos inspired me to take that one step further in becoming raw.

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: I will read the book

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I like to read non fiction such as autobiographies, health and fitness etc

movies too many but my favourite genre is comedy

l enjoy drawing, yoga, dancing etc
