My name is Carl, I am 20 years old and I am from Québec, Canada. I have been vegetarian for 4 years and raw vegan for 2 years now. I was working at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center with Dr. Gabriel Cousens when I first heard of 80 10 10. Because of what I had been taught, I immediately refused the idea of eating a diet composed of mainly fruits. Now, I have been living in Vilcabamba, Ecuador for a little more than 3 months and I decided to try out the 80 10 10 idea. It is amazing. I have never felt better. The quality of fruits here is unbelievable. We get a shipment of 30-40 fresh young coconuts every week as well. I think this diet is great and makes so much sense. I am pretty fit guy. I am 6 foot 2 and I weight 200 pounds now. I think I can down to 185 on this diet. I use to play american football in high school so I did a lot of workout back then. Now a days, I do my little workout session with push ups and mostly with my own body. I love using my yoga swing for all sorts of exercises. I love hiking in the mountains. I walked the St-James Way an old pilgrimage in Europe. I walked 1200 Km in 50 days. Other than that, I am really into gardening and sprouting. I love plants, they are great. I love being outside in the garden doing some work. I used to live on an organic vegetable farm in Canada. I love learning spiritual teachings and philosophies. I believe that we are spiritual divine beings having a physical experience in this world of duality. I believe that the human potential is greater than we can imagine. I believe that Love can save the world. I love life and life seems to love me. I try to enjoy every moments and share my joy and light with others. I hope to meet other wonderful beings and share ideas, tips and love with them :).

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I am just getting into the 80 10 10 idea and I want to see how people are doing with that. What are peoples results and tips on how to succeed on this kind of lifestyle. I have been going on it for a little while and I feel great. I want to know if there are things that I should be careful about and so on.
