Hello I am a 24 yr old male and I believe I either have candida or parasites or maybe even pinworms.I have this anal itch for about a year and theres a white discoloration on my anus.I have severe dandruff not only in my hair but in my ears and eyebrows.I tried the "anti-candida" diet w/antifungals and it did help with the itching symptom but only to keep it at bay.I tried banana island for now what is 12 days and symptoms got a little worst but pretty much stayed the sameI have settled on…See More

"Dr. D says a 3 day water fast may help a serious case of candida but for most the 811 diet will begin to clear it up right away. 8-10 days is a major turning point as the excess fat and salt leaves the blood stream so you may want to stick it…"

Hello I have this itch my anus that my Naturopath and another holistic doctor told me were Candida. I have tried the 'anti-candida" diet which helped with the itching but not with the issues.
