"The pic is my daytime food mon-fri. At night I eat a huge raw salad with a cooked lentil or chickpea dish, and weekends can be anything. Usually eating out with friends."

Last night in Australia, a fairly trashy show called Today Tonight (basically current affairs for rednecks) had a headline story about getting a scientist to test a whole range of supermarket fruit across the country. Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Fruit has changed my life over the last year. I've lost heaps of weight, and feel better than I ever have in my life, mentally and physically.

I love fruit, all fruits, and they form 2/3 of my diet. I am not as strict as many on here and enjoy all kinds of cooked vegetarian foods for dinner most nights.

I am not a big fan of mono fruit intake and I like to mix things up. I'm blessed to have lots of choice and cheap fruit where I live, and it's not unusual for me to eat 10+ different types of fruit in one day.

I was always a bit shy about my fruit obsession and got teased for it, (thought I was the only one in the world :) so I'm very pleased to find this site and meet all the positive kind people here.
