Hey guys, im planning on doing Lands End to John O'groats ( bottom of the UK to the top) about 950miles/1500km in the summer. Ive never done anything like this, so its going to be an experience. Im being told by people that understand my point of view, but have done the ride themselves that, I will need the complex slow metabolising carbs of oats and such to cope.
