I got interested in running, thought marathons are short distances compared to the world and found ultramarathons. Michael Arnstein is a great ultra runner and he is a fruitarian. Googling fruitarian diet brought me here.

Im not sure how much I should be eating. Especially being skinny and doing around 50 miles a week.
Mainly, what should I eat and how much? I have no idea if im getting enough carbs.
