Slip.. Help..

I messed up today, I had a cooked sweet potato and boiled corn on the cob. I had them plan with nothing on them. I noticed they didn't even taste very good, I thought I'd really enjoy the sweet potato but didn't but I had a mango later which was awesome. I just adjusted my diet a week ago from a fairly healthy standard diet to a 80/10/10 diet, I think I could have eased into it more but oh well..Has anyone else slipped up, is everyone perfect here?See More

Hey ya'll .. I'm having some trouble the last two days, I'm craving something I'm not sure what though just random craving not for bananas.. I guess like a sweet potato or quinoa or at one point eggs(never eat though). Any advice?See More

Head Ache - 6 days

So I've noticed the last 2 or 3 days I feel really great in the morning, then I get a headache around 2:30 and feel really tired and end up needing a nap.. I'm not sure why.. I workout between 45-90 mins a day and I'm eating about 3000 calories a day(I'm using cron-o-meter).. Should I be eating more?

5 Days Strong..

I've been eating 80 10 10 style for 5 days now, I feel great!! I think I am getting about 2500 calories a day in, but I think I need to up it because I fairly active..Anyway does anyone know the name of that calorie counter used? Or where to download it?See More

I have always been interested in nutrition since my high school days when I was trying to find ways to improve my athletic performance. Since then I have researched and bought countless raw/vegan/health books and have learned loads but in the process became severely confused. Many of the books I read were conflicting and confusing because of all the supplements, I came across durian riders youtubes one night and watched countless entries. Then I watched freeleas, and the message was simple and clear.. So I ordered 80 10 10, re-read china study and have recently adopted an 80 10 10 diet, thus far I feel great..
