I messed up today, I had a cooked sweet potato and boiled corn on the cob. I had them plan with nothing on them. I noticed they didn't even taste very good, I thought I'd really enjoy the sweet potato but didn't but I had a mango later which was awesome. I just adjusted my diet a week ago from a fairly healthy standard diet to a 80/10/10 diet, I think I could have eased into it more but oh well..
Has anyone else slipped up, is everyone perfect here?
Hey ya'll .. I'm having some trouble the last two days, I'm craving something I'm not sure what though just random craving not for bananas.. I guess like a sweet potato or quinoa or at one point eggs(never eat though). Any advice?
I've been eating 80 10 10 style for 5 days now, I feel great!! I think I am getting about 2500 calories a day in, but I think I need to up it because I fairly active..
Anyway does anyone know the name of that calorie counter used? Or where to download it?
