Hi! I'm 28, married to a funny man, and I have two little boys on Earth and one in Heaven. I've been on a SAD diet for my entire life, and I am now experiencing some health issues. I've been on a journey for awhile--I tend to fall under the traditional foods belief, but now I'm venturing into the raw food world. I believe eating raw will heal my body, and I know it's time. So here I am looking for a little guidance along the way. I will need a lot of encouragement, as I am an emotional eater. So let the journey begin!
