My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: Singing, swimming, nutrition, art: I appreciate and dabble in paints myself from time-to-time, Summer picnics, winter running, surfing, spontaneous haircuts and being a bit of a Geek: I love the Hobbit & Lord of the Rings. Fantasy books. I also love "vintage" films, pin-ups, clothes, eyeliner and lipstick. Travelling. I pretty much like everything and everyone. :S

Found that Tesco sell dates in a kilo box for a reasonable price. They aren't Medjool dates but they're going to be great for bending!

Having a rest day with my gorgeous boyfriend. We've had a really hectic week and admittedly burned the candle from both ends a little.

Catching up on sleep. Resting and eating dates!!

It's another lovely day in the Shire. It's beautiful.

Breakfast: 10 bananas

Lunch: 6 bananas, 5 plums & 4 big mandarins

Evening: a lot of Kale, followed by 2 bowls of rice

Probably poor food combining, I couldn't really afford extra fruit today and I'm still waiting on my new and shiny blender. So, to make sure I got enough calories today, I am having rice. Not ideal I know but I'd rather have the calories from…
