I've been playing around with vegan and raw diets since that time. I was just given 80/10/10 from a friend and a lot of it makes a ton of sense to me. I'm this will be the answer to my health and nutrition needs!

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I'm planning on starting this way of eating next Sunday. I'm currently on a 7 day juice feast (I know this not desirable in the 80/10/10 community, but I feel so good when I do a juice feast that I felt I need another one), and when I finish I'm thinking of going on banana island. Or maybe watermelon island since they're starting to be in season here! I'm just really looking for some more information and guidance on how to be successful with this lifestyle.
