We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Hi My name is Billy, I am overweight and miserable with daily life. Looking for health, joy and maybe some excitment. I went raw years ago briefly for 3 months and it was the best 3 months(healthwise) in my life. Weak and easily influenced I slowly vered back to a cooked vegan diet, then right back to S.A.D. Since then I have gained a 100lbs......... I want to cry. I will be jumping right back in jan. 1st . Not going to be easy but neither is carrying arount another person on my back either. I want to get fit, enjoy the simple idea of just living. As Harley says we are all athletes, I have 2 girls 11 and 3! I am an athlete and all I need is an atheles diet! I have tried may times to stay cooked vegan but always stray to the high fat , proccesed food.
