Recipes would be great, but I am really just here because I am tired of people trying to tell me that pizza and cookies are an essential part of my existence. They aren't. I tried the gourmet raw thing, but I felt sluggish with that action. Low-fat and mostly (if not all the way) raw is the way to go. I personally have more energy that way, have clearer skin, and better digestion. Hell yeah.
30bad is a HCRV (high carb, raw vegan) internet community which promotes a high carb raw lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to HCRV. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings.
