How can I ripe my bananas faster???

In the foodstore the bananas I get are mostly yellow-green and take a lot of time until they are ripe to eat up. Is there any trick like temperature etc. to ripe them faster???cheers,rose :)Continue

Hey guys... I am about to go raw for 100 Procent and need a little tip for during my work time.for breakfast i have lots of time to make a good fruity meal with lots of fresh bananas. but during my worktime it's pretty difficult to take that time.i thought about preparing a shake at home already to take with. but i have heard that a shake is supposed to get drunk right after preparing. has anyone of you recommendations or ideas how i can eat/drink raw during a quick lunch time?? cheers,BeFree…See More

Hi there, wanna share my last experiences with that diet. I am honest telling you that I havent eaten 30 Bananas a day yet. ... the first day... I felt so sick that I even had to go home from work. I slept the whole day. But in the evening some kind of energy throve me to the Gym to work out for really intense 2 strong cycling classes. I started to sweat more than usually. My name is Rose and I feel really happy to have found that kind of community. I think it is really vital to have people around which the same mentality to stay on track and support each other.

After school I went for 1 year to America where my Consciousness shifted enormous. I got more and more a holistic view about everything. I started to meditate and read a lot about health, success, well being... back in Germany I got more interested in nutrition and how nutrition affects the body and the wellbeing. Is started to exercise a lot, read a lot about all sort of dieting ... I went vegetarian and felt great. After a time I felt being a vegan as well and naturally I dropped even any cooked food. I felt great. Everything seems to shift. But I felt back... the old habits were still there. I started to have cravings, ate junk food and stayed in my lazy comfort zone. I gained weight, felt terrible and started to have eating disorders again. I blamed myself to be weak and felt really guilty to be like this. Bahh.... a couple of month ago it was the worst. At this point a turned my back to the past and started to focus on health and fitness again. I started to exercise regular, having better food and feeling step by step more alive again. I still have not overcome all the old habits but I am getting there. Then I found Freelee on youtube who really inspired me to be on the RIGHT track. Now I really really want to take full responsibility of my life!

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I love all books which motivates me in being a better, more successful person in all areas of my life. I love KT and everything his businesses, I love the teachings of Abraham and everything about the law of attraction, I love movies like the Matrix, What the bleep do we know, Gladiator... I love books like Think and Grow rich, the secret, Ask and it is given ... and so much more.

To the same time I also started to meditate and got more conscious about life in general. Over the last years I always tried to stay on track with the right diet. I started to be vegetarian with 22. Now I feel is the right time to go further to step up the next level. The last year I tried to stay raw vegan but I felt back. I had a lot of cravings and started to eat junk food again ..oh gosh. .. a couple of month ago it was so bad. Then I turned my back to the past started again to exercise a lot and eat more and more better. But NOW I want to be HCRV! And I found Freelee on youtube who really inspired me to be on the right track. Thank you! I realize that having a community which does the same is vital for success...
