So glad I finally fount THE WAY for me anyway and am ready now to persue my goals, that is to be Extremely Alive, vibrantly healthy, extremely creatively living my full potential and be happy.

I started looking for something better and soon came across the HCRV lifestyle, I thought I'd give it a try, after falling off for a bit the first months, I'm now on it full swing and it is WORKING! Fysically, mentally, emotionally, everyting is just getting better.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I run, ropejump, do some yoga/muscular bellydance and recently started learning how to sing :-)

I am full of creative ideas all the time, at least I used to be, but what they say is true, on this lifestyle within a few months you won't even recognise yourself, so I'm all open to meet the new Bee, I'm all in the making, so I can't wait what I'll be like this summer! It feels like a very active, decisive, lively, energetic period is coming up.......
