Hi! I am Barbara M and I am new to the Raw Diet. so far I really love it and I know I need support to be successful. This eating plan makes perfect sense to me. I am overweight and want to lose and become more fit. However it is way more than that. I do not agree with the terrible conditions that many people find themselves in, being overweight, sick and feeling powerless. Also the animals unless they are very lucky are abused and even tortured as our food products because the demand for cheap meat is so high.We can change this if we try. First I am changing my situation.

Hi, Everyone, I hope everyone is having a good day! The weather turned cold again and snowy. But the light is good and bright. That always makes me feel better. I go out and walk more even if it is cold. It can be refreshing. The thought that I am feeling better because of how I choose to eat now really jazzes me too. I still use salt and that definitely negatively effects my progress but I am trying to eat more celery hoping that will help. So I know this whole thing is a process that I am doing. Anyway I am using only one avocado a week so I have overcome that craving. I do not eat nuts and seeds everyweek but about every other week. So I am doing better. I eat dates two or three times a week, many bananas a day and mangos daily. I eat alot of citrus and salads too. I love the smoothies about every other day. Anyway I feel pretty good and know I need to push exercise and water . Thanks for listening.
